The Business Law Review at Georgetown is a student-run academic journal dedicated to writing, editing, and publishing scholarly pieces and commentary at the intersection of business and law. The Review aims to provide a platform for students, faculty, alumni, and practitioners to engage with modern issues in corporate law, finance, entrepreneurship, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and related fields, while a team of Georgetown undergraduate students reviews such pieces for publication. Our online publications are geared towards current issues in the world of business law, with our team of content creators and editors showcasing research through monthly short-form content.
